House Rules & Terms of Use

The parlour has always had house rules — wipe your feet, mind the marble, and do not tap the glass. These are the digital version, written in the same plain language.

In effect since: 3 Aug 2026 Scope: all showcase pages

What this site is

Copper Hollow Candy Kitchen maintains this website as an informational showcase and collection guide. It presents confectionery craft, batch documentation, flavour profiles, and gift presentation ideas. It is not an online store, does not accept payment, and does not form a sales contract of any kind. Descriptions of tins and assortments are illustrative; a written arrangement with the kitchen is required before anything is prepared.

Accuracy of the collection notes

Batch specifications, flavour notes, and texture profiles reflect the kitchen's working records at the time of publication. Candy is made by hand in small runs, so slight variation between batches is normal and expected — a hand-pulled ribbon will never be identical twice. Availability changes with the season and with ingredient supply.

Reasonable use of these pages

  • You are welcome to read, print, and share these pages for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Please ask before reproducing substantial portions of the text in another publication.
  • Do not present the showcase, its batch ledger, or its photography as your own catalogue.
  • Do not misuse the contact addresses for bulk solicitation or automated mail.

Handmade goods and natural variation

Colours may differ slightly from the illustrations, which are artistic renderings rather than photographic records. Cut lengths of ribbon candy, the swirl of a lollipop, and the exact shade of a butterscotch drop all vary by batch. We consider that a feature and describe it as such throughout the collection.

Allergens, ingredients, and personal care

Confections may contain or be produced near common allergens. Our full advisory — including the list of ingredients handled in the kitchen — is published separately on the batch notes and allergen advisory page. Readers with allergies or dietary restrictions should read it before requesting any arrangement, and should speak with their own physician where appropriate.

Nothing here is medical or nutritional advice

Descriptions of flavour, texture, and tradition are culinary commentary only. This showcase makes no health claims, no therapeutic claims, and no nutritional claims about any confection. Candy is a treat; it is not medicine, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance.

Illustrations and marks

The keystone crest, the parlour illustrations, and the written collection notes are the kitchen's own work product. They are provided for viewing on these pages. Third-party trademarks mentioned in passing, if any, belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Contact addresses are not order channels

The email address published across this site is a correspondence address for questions about craft, tours, and gift presentation. It is not an ordering channel, and messages that appear to contain payment details are deleted without being actioned.

Revisions

These house rules may be revised as the showcase develops. The in-effect date above will change when they do. Continued reading after a revision means you accept the revised rules.
